A return at first light for Toni to photograph the horses was much quieter bird wise than yesterday with a pair of Tractrac Chats and several flocks of Namaqua Sandgrouse seen.

Also Black-backed Jackal and Oryx coming to the water trough. Nearby, a superb Black-chested Snake Eagle, 3 Karoo Koorhans and a Rock Kestrel showed very well by the road and a young Pale Chanting Goshawk on the information centre roof.
